hope I do not come off like a comment 'know-it-all', but when plunging (cryo via water) you have to get down to the vagus nerve... i.e. back of neck / behind the ears for the very reasons you highlighted...

I know you spoke about nothing poison in the body but I’m pretty sure some bpn has artificial flavoring ?

Can I just speak a word of warning? I know you protect yourself in real life, but be careful about what information you put out there. Showing your neighbourhood, your car make/model and licence plate etc... There are some psychos out there, and you may think your following is small now but your channel may blow up anytime. Make sure you are safe 💛

I don’t get the hybrid athlete thing. Not great from a performance standpoint but it makes for pretty people I guess.
