What is a 'hybrid' athlete? Last time I checked, most athletes did all of this stuff! Is the word 'hybrid' just added to attract more clicks? So football, basketball, hockey, baseball players, etc are hybrid now?

Nathan, what you accomplished is absolutely wild and something you can be so freaking proud of. I watched this film during a hard bike ride, and it fired me up-a lot! Awesome edit, by the way, guys. You’re crushing it!

Sally McRae is a great example. Her kids are older now but she became a pro athlete and signed with Nike when her kids were toddlers! It’s definitely a challenge though

What the heck - when you showed those pics of when you were going through the treatment - to then be doing what you are doing now - is incredible! I've just started getting into long distance walking, but my body feels like it wants to run (jog...shuffle, haha something a bit more than walk) but as soon as I started that, I got something like "extensor tendinitis" and was sidelined from the discomfort, but mostly from the fear of "making it worse" so my question is: I hear many endurance runners talk about the pain cave, the discomfort but pushing through and doing it anyway. So how does your average person (that is clueless about this and training) start - when all my doctor is telling me - "stay off your feet, don't do so much, you need weeks of recovery and all I did was go for 16 miles adding in this little shuffle (jeffing it) (after training for a month and already doing 70 miles). Seems for your average person - they just want you to sit on your A$$, and stay lame. Where do you draw from to know you should keep going? Thanks for the inspiration.

🚨🚨❗❗hips are dropping, I recommend going over to james dunne youtube channel where he talks about common running mistakes and how to fix it (people send him videos of them running, he analyzes it and shows what is wrong and what to do to fix it) . Great channel, has really helped my running.
