Honestly, David Goggins is beyond solid. His message is proper on so many levels.
You are never alone. You always have a mind and feelings. Eliminate one to achieve greatness. Other is just a distraction. Stay strong brother.

To me David Goggins is the most authentic motivational speaker on any platform. I have seen them all. Most are full of $hit to some degree or another. I’m not saying there is not value you can gain from them but Goggins ( In my opinion) is short, simple, direct and to the point. His message is what I need to hear to keep me going when the times get tough. Thank you David.
