I can't say for sure but from the harness on the dog with stitch he looks like he might be a medical dog. The owner let the dog be himself while he got to meet stitch, there is a command that makes the dog focus back on the person but i can't say for sure that its a service dog

10:23 at my old middle school and high school, those things are usually next to the teacher's desk and there's a lot of electronics and plugs. That incense burner is called a back flow incense burner and you can get one for like 20-40$

In older times in chemistry class they’d actually use chemicals. The shower was there just in case any kids spilt a danger chemical on themself, typically something like a strong acid.
