Minor suggestions: 1) ground floor: scrap the pool lounge, add a corner jaccuzzi to the pool, increase the outdoor seating area with the addition of a BBQ station. 2) upper floor: reduce size of bedroom #2, and increase size of master mainly in closet and bathroom space (adding a his&hers sink, and bathtub overlooking the pool).

Where could you put a pneumatic elevator? How tall is each step? I can deal with 5.5 inches, but I'm 72 now and know that the elevator would be a necessity in the future. Also a good deep tub in the master bath would be excellent.
