@@paulamitchell880 not in America. The average size house is well over 2,000 square feet. I don’t know what that is in meters. We’re spoiled here. And it’s unnecessary. I guess it’s because we have so much available land.

@@davidbooher5559 as a fairly hyperactive claustrophobic person its hard for me to see almost any amount of space as "too large" Covid and having to stay at home made this even more apparrent to me. Id be very happy with 3000 sq ft.

@@anthonymavilia7315 I understand, but my point is , here in the US we have the largest average sized houses in the world. When I see how small most houses are everywhere else, I realize how spoiled we are. My house is just over 2,000 square feet. And it’s just me and my pets. 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, a den/office and a formal dining room. I’ve already realized this is probably “ too much “ for just me. Not that it’s a problem. My resale value will only be higher. I don’t even use the 600 square feet on my second story. Completely empty. And I have almost half an acre of property. Paid $89,000 last year, here in southwest Georgia. This home would have easily cost me over half a million in Reno, Nevada, where I was from.

I always say you don't need a mansion to be comfortable and happy and this house is exactly what I'm talking about. I applaud the architect who designed this awesome home, you are well schooled. I wish you could be my architect or hope to meet someone like you. GREAT JOB. Absolutely loving it.

I would easily build this for my husband and myself! This is by far the best I’ve seen so far. My only adjustment because of age would be to cut back the amount of step around the house

I agree. It’s safer for older people (and I broke an ankle on a staircase, so I speak from experience).

Wow, this is gorgeous. **I had an app similar to this but it was just design decor, not building the entire house and property. Very very fun and cool. I really enjoyed watching this and seeing the interior design elements-pretty awesome. Very very cool.

It’s fun to look at mega mansions but this house beats them all. It’s just perfect. Whoever did the decorating was awesome. Now I need her to come to my home.

This house is stunning, perfect.

Well planned throughout. Great interior, loved the laundry area, also the outdoors. I would make the pool/pond area as a dip pool on hot summer nights or days. Any house will need work, regular maintenance and expert gardening to maintain to a standard like this.

This is the right balance of inside to outside. For me, I would make the middle bedroom a music/library room and have less steps (age related.) I rarely see a house that I would not change bits and bobs, but this one is IT! Bravo/Brava to the architectural design team.

I love the fact that there is lots of yard space. The landscape is beautiful ❤️. Other videos I've watched, they all are absolutely stunning! However, there is never enough yard space. Thought went into this one to make sure it was added. Also, the fact that other homes are around, makes it look even more beautiful. Every thing is well manicured. Simply but elegant. Perfect little big house!

This house is almost perfect! Instead of one half bath and one small bathroom with only a shower, I would prefer one full bathroom, with tub and perhaps a sliding barn door between the commode and the bathroom. That way you could have a guest toilet, separate from the rest of the kid’s bathroom.

I love it ...the heart is willing to buy it BUT THE POCKET IS WEAK.

Absolutely gorgeous landscaping and perfect for a couple who know how to park two cars in a tiny space. Only a robot could make due without storage and decent closets. I love the yard! Absolutely beautiful design! House interior didn't have enough living space especially with that weird wall cutting off the sitting area from the kitchen area! But all the design details were really good!

I liked the wrap-around glass windows, and the corner with the water feature is very interesting. I fear that IRL, the dining area is too narrow for a room that is also acting as a major passageway, though. (Trust me-I suffered with the same situation in my last house, and there was just no getting around it! After a week of squeezing past chairs, we tried shoving the table against a wall; and eventually we just ate around an island in the kitchen and used the dining room for something else.) You might be better served exchanging the water feature for more interior sq ftg, and allowing the living/dining/kitchen spaces to be more open concept. I know it’s hard as a designer to give up your cool focal point, though!

I would remove the wall that is separates the living room and dining, make the island bigger but put the cooking range in the wall and the washing sink in the island. It will make the space open and easier to get around and the dining table area won't feel so claustrophobic. I do love the water feature but would make it like a hot tub or a tiny pool to soak into than like a mini fountain as here. Or it could also be a fish pond. Could also totally add a small elongated rectangle pool in the back where the outdoor seating is.
