Iba rin talaga maghouse tour si Apple Grace. Kahit natour na ito ng ibanh channels papanuorin mo pa rin kasi may ibang flavors ang house tours nila. Malinaw magsalita, at mabilis ang house tours hindi nakakainip. I also like the b-rolls in between. Kahit madalang lang sila mag-upload ng videos pero worth it ang paghihintay each upload! Thank you, Apple for the house tour. You kept me interested on the house during the entirety of your presentation. You gave me a feeling of being present in the house. This house is gorgeous. The kitchen is elegant and the design of the house, inside & outside, is awesome.

Nice open layout.The kitchen counter tops look like quartz ,quartz is non porous and much more durable , the upper cabinets would look much better in light color, too many dark colors create a claustrophobic feel,thank you for your presentations

Among all the houses I have seen so far that you have featured, this is the best for me! I loved both the exterior and interior facets of this property. I also loved the design and layout of the whole place. It’s very pleasing, calming, airy, and I like that it’s not crowded with furnitures. It has that minimalist vibe which I like. ❤️💕❤️I just wish I can afford it😅

Nice rooms and bathrooms with different styles. The kitchen I like it I saw a house that looks similar on it specially when you enter the front door you cannot see the entire kitchen directly.

Wow ang ganda! This is worth the price. The exterior looks spacious and modern elegant! Every area seems useful, walang tapon. Ang laki at ang cozy din ng design ng interior. Plus the presentation is super B! Kudos po Ms. Apple!

Bagay sa mga celebrities, they can afford. Functional layout and interior materials. My favorite is the family area. Bedroom 5 is a nanny room, bedroom 6 is an Ikea room. The teepee area can be an Altar area.

Super ganda talag nito, one of the best. Really love the living area , dining and kitchen area, even the rooms. However, no enough space for laundry ( sampayan) and auxilliary kitchen. Or di lang pinakita.

I used to watch Presello house tours but lately it has become too boring incorporating things buyers does not need. Too many wasted time. I opted now for AV Properties. Apple Grace is straightforward presenting what buyers would want to know plain and simple.

Its better in nightime so to give importance to lightings.plants are not part of a house and the owner can landscape it according to its preferrence.
