I have viewed many of these type designs, the higher end, so to speak, and nearly every one makes the master bathroom just like the others in the design, except somewhat bigger, except for only one, but I can’t remember where I saw it. This design is very nice. Except for the price the realtor would likely want, I would pass on it. This is the twilight of my life, and if I had that amount of money, you bet I’ll get exactly what I want.

Your designs are really amazing. Keep it up.

Great work 🎉 you have a refined taste 👍 can you make a 2 in 1 model? The first floor is home owner's home whilst 2nd floor is 3-4 doors for apartment. Hi can I make a request! Can you make a scheme/floor plan and post it on your KZread? I am a follower of yours. We’re having a 200sqm rectangular lot. Can you please give me an idea with the house plan? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with one bedroom on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, laundry area and a terrace in front of the main door, with just one car garage slight elevated and T&B. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own T&B, his and her sink, bathtub, standing shower,a nice walk-in closet, our own coffee station inside our room, small fridge, small sitting area inside our room, and access with the balcony inside our room. plus two more rooms if possible on this floor and another separate T&B.With a small backyard.
