Salam the model for small house to me love the design and the colour of the house we have tow house and a land a house for my daughter she wants to buy in kl Malaysia i whan her to make in my land which i bought about 20 years ago i fill like going for it alamdullila from uncle West Malaysia Harrison's kl
This is exactly what I have been looking for. Now if I could just find a builder in the Bacolod city area.

The overall design is beautiful and accommodations can be added to make room for a dishwasher and a clothes dryer, which in my opinion are NOT 🚫 "LUXURIES" but are NECESSITIES... I BELIEVE THE CARPORT SHOULD BE PART OF THE LIVING ROOM AND NOT A CARPORT...

Mukhang maluwag ang laundry area kaya doon pwede nang ilagay ang clotheswasher at dryer. Pwede na rin yong pwesto ng kotse dyan at lalagyan lang ng pinto sa gilid ng kitchen (kung wala pa) para deretcho doon ang mga groceries lalo na yong mabibigat na dala.

i like it. that the living room is large and that it's not really a wide open space between the kitchen, living room,and dining rooms...the bedrooms are large enough...the only thing i would change is for a bath and shower combo.. the outside design is great especially the carport.

Nice progect, but, as for me - too many bathrooms... And there is no need in laundry room - it can be arranged in one of the WC's
