Hi, can you make a 150 sqm Lot Area for reference House design with 3 floors and a roof deck Has a space for solar panels and HVAC system - 3 bedrooms - 1 Master's bedroom with a space for gaming computer desk for the man and make up seat for the woman, and solo balcony - Cozy Living room with TV - Large dining kitchen (Ideal for Chef) - Auxiliary/Dirty kitchen - Pantry area - Gym room - Lanai - Small Dog House/Cage - Common Toilet and bath 1st floor - Common Toilet and bath 2nd floor - Common Toilet and bath 3rd floor - 2 Car carport and a space for a single motorbike Is that possible on a 150 sqm lot? Walang floor plan sa video..
No dishwasher and the pool have no safety or security fencing . Coz here in australia a lot of kids or toddlers died from drowning . Maybe this is something to think about . But the house is beautiful
