This Blueberry burnt basque cheesecake is super easy and quick to make, tastes amazing really worth making.
This cheesecake brakes all the rules, it's supposed to burn and become caramelised on top, it will sink and crack, but it will have the creamiest inside, and with the blueberry glaze on top it will make it even more delicious.
This is a winner always and your guests will be very impressed.
Bake in the oven at 200c for 50 minutes
For the cheesecake you will need:
600g cream cheese ( at room temperature)
220g sugar
4 eggs
pinch of salt
300g of double cream
40g flour sieved
(I have tried this with cornstarch and it also works really well the texture is very creamy)
1 tsp vanilla extract
This glaze can be made with the fruit of your choice.
For the glaze:
300g blueberries
2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp of water
