I ate TONS of Bolo do Caco on my recent trip to Madeira! My only regret is, that I didn't have one from one of the Kiosks! Only different Restaurants... I'm addicted!

thank you..... the traditional recipe was always done with sweet potato but knower days some people will add sugar instead.

Flour T55 or T65 ? I've seen that is from Continente, right ? Best regards

Can one bake the bread in a big firewood oven.

Yes you can just need to watch the temperature so you don’t burn outside and leave it raw inside make sure you have a flat surface metal surface preferably
