you will need:
500g beef liver
1 glass of white wine
1/2 a glass of vinegar
4 cloves of garlic
salt to taste
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup of milk
pepper if you like
when preparing liver make sure you take the outer skin off your liver, if you don't take the skin off it will make your meat though.
You will marinate your meat for at least 1 hour so that it gets all the taste of your marinade, then you will fry it on both side so it gets golden, be careful not to over cook it or it will get tough.
After frying all your meat cook your sauce in the frying pan till it thickens up, and you are done.
