I'm a big fan of cooking shows, so naturally I'm enjoying this!

Notes on making this! 1. When placing the crust into the mold, make sure to TIGHTLY STICK the dough together. Mine had a lottttt of cracks and I had to patch them up with a mixture of flour, sugar, and melted butter so the filling wouldn't leak out. And try to cut as little as possible to decrease the possibility of forming cracks 2. The dough quantity is a lot. I had a 21cm mold so i doubled the recipe and I was still able to make enough dough for an 8in tart mold. 3. The cream cheese was a bit difficult to work with so I placed it over a water bath to melt it a bit to mix easier. Make sure to strain it to make it silky smooth even if you think you've squished all the cream cheese. 4. I didn't have the stones that was used in the video so I used uncooked rice instead and it worked perfectly. For those that don't know what the purpose of the stones, it's to prevent the dough from rising and it keeps the shape of the tart. 5. The tart itself was delicious. It had the consistency of an egg tart but the taste of a cheesecake. It wasn't too sweet so it was perfect. I didn't add the caramel anymore because I was worried I might ruin it but even without the caramel it turned out perfect.

Whipped cream cheese, softened and beat that cream cheese while pulverizing nuts for crust, can't beat the cream cheese too long. This is delicious🌟 Thank you so much for your presentations😍

I have been watching you make this cream cheese pudding tart and couldn't stop thinking - this is the perfect example of zen meditation in a making....and I can't forget the words I've heard long ago, zen meditation is one thing, but another one is what will you do with that skill...Here seeing you pay attention to the smallest detail in such a graceful concentrated and respectful way that it just reminded me of a gentle flow of a quiet river ... again, I couldn't stop thinking of the fact that your cooking is zen meditation at work... pure artful masterpiece ... a very relaxing way of flow to perfection... and the final result? Simple yet sophisticated, with no unnessesary overbearing distractions masterpiece of minimalism at its best..... as of now, I watch your videos with such a pleasure.... making a shopping list after each video,. That list grows fast. I will have to think of reorganizing myself so I could start making your cakes and cookies in this peaceful and joyful relaxed peace of mind way :) You really are an inspiration!
