It’s true Ole got way more time at the job than anyone in history with his record It all started with the Europa Final when he didn’t make 1 substitution Then comes the loss to young boys Then comes the Leicester thrashing Then comes the draw against Everton Then comes the Liverpool thrashing Then comes the worst derby display in history against City Then comes the lowest of low Watford thrashing All this in just 5 months LOL

@@Footie4ever It is Ole's fault to keep playing an underperforming player because of favouritism. Not wanting what is best for the club but instead what self-preserves the foundations he set when he came in by explaining how he was the ideal player for Man United. The fact of the matter is that the jury was out on Maguire since 2020 and he kept trying to "Hope" he'd prove people wrong. There was no objective match analysis or systematic logic to why he wasn't dropped. United needed ball-playing centre backs for the convoluted system Ole was playing against lower-level teams and he kept picking a slow slug that's uncomfortable on the ball to play a high-line. He's escaped red cards before and is one of the most booked players in United's team because he didn't suit the way he was playing. Ole was out of his depth for signing Maguire but he never wanted to make it look like he wasted 80m.

The board is a problem but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was a bigger problem. The Glazers and United board actually backed OGS more than previous managers. The problem is that OGS was the wrong man to give these funds if you do a background check on his stint at Cardiff. Ole is notorious for spending lots of money and wasting it i.e. signing players and not using them. LVG and Mourinho got 3rd/4th choice players, whereas Ole got 1st and 2nd choice players in his stint bar Ighalo/Haaland. The Glazers cannot be blamed for Ole's failure because he was already a failure to begin with. The Glazers can however be blamed for the failure of LVG and Mourinho. But Mourinho was already deteriorating since his final stint at Chelsea and lacked the tactical flexibility to play another way than what he was doing decades ago. He was going out like Wenger. The fact of the matter is we still haven't seen a truly great, in-prime manager manage United post-SAF yet. That I'm speaking the types of Klopp/Pep/Tuchel, or the tier below like Ten Hag, Nagelsmann, Poch, etc. that are most definitely not washed yet when you consider the age and level they're playing at.

But the real truth is the coaching staff also needs sacking bcz this coaching staff behind ole is an utter disgrace and this club is in mud now for appointing Carrick and Kenna again as Interim. They have to appoint a permanent manager and not interim. If it's interim this club is finished.

Some fans think Ole finishing second last year was an improvement ! It was a one horse race , LFC was traumatized by injuries, Tottenham just fell badly, Chelsea changed management. All those factors made Ole comfortable in his place. Ole didn't even give city a hard time competing, how this can be an improvement. If LFC wasn't plagued by injuries it would have been a two horse race in which Ole would have ended third then probably sacked. How couldn't the supporters see that !
