No joke, the correct way to put the toilet paper roll is outwards away from the wall. The U.S. toilet paper roll patent depicts this. 1 reason is that it is easier to grab on the side of the roll closer to you rather than having to reach under or past the roll to the far side where it's against the wall.

There are two types of people: people who don't care which way the toilet paper hangs, and people who are correct.

The second one tho-💀

so basically the term netflix and chill is code for "adult activities" with netflix on in the background, so the joke is, the other person in the comic thought they had misspelled or misspoke when they said "netflix and chili", so they took their clothes off thinking they were doing something completely different than eating chili whilst watching tv shows
