Costco - Pre-Seasoned Baby Back Ribs Review - Pellet Smoker Fall Off The Bone RIbs - BBQ

This Is My Review Of The Costco - Kirkland Brand Pre-Seasoned Baby Back Ribs.
I decided to cook these right out of the pack as they were marketed by Costco.
I thought that the ribs were seasoned pretty well, but I think that if they were selling pre-seasoned ribs that they should remove the membrane, or season the bone side of the ribs at a minimum.
Check Out Mama Jeans Sauces & Seasonings: mamajeanssaucesandseasonings....
The Mama Jeans BBQ sauce was very delicious. The BBQ sauce was a roasted garlic flavor. I got a hint of garlic, but it was more subtle than anything. That being said, I don't care what flavor it is marketed as as long as it's good, and it was definitely good. One thing I like about this BBQ sauce was that is was not overly thick like some of the popular commercial brands.
Every now and then you can't go wrong with fall-off-the-bone-ribs

Great lookin ribs Lyle. Great to see you again. I never remove the membrane, I believe it holds in the moisture. After you cook it ,it comes off way easier as you know. Remove it before you separate the ribs. Have a great day brother

I usually stay away from pre-seasoned anything, but I might have to re-think this. I'd pull the membrane and re-season the back though.Still looks really tasty. Thanks Lyle.

Hey Lyle! I buy those ribs from Costco, too. You got some beauties there. I agree that the rub they use is good. I don’t mind the membrane, but they do affect the bend. They had some nice color to them. How much smoke flavor do you get from that pellet grill? I usually do my ribs on either my old CharGriller or my newer Weber Performer with lump coal. It gives me the smoke flavor I’m looking for. Nice to see you back grilling again! Be well, brother!

Those pellet grils put some good smoke on food, not as good as real wood, but you'll never oversmoke them

That looks EXCELLENT YUM i always peel off the membrane, It also blocks the seasoningi I dry my ribs off and coat them in soft butter then season. smoke cook em, then last hour in foil. I like the meat falling off the bone tender. I use the rib meat in soft tacos,. sandwiches and subs. ITs yours! cook them any way you want! CHEERS

Hi, I need some expert advice, due to the ledge which my BBQ sits I don't have the width for a Weber kettle, but I do for a smokey mountain, we usually cook burgers, chicken breasts etc. Will the WSM be okay to cook those items same as my old gas barbie, or is it only for smoking? Thanks. 👍

You can grill on it if you take out the middle section and place the grates directly over the coals

Roasted garlic is not at all as pungent as raw garlic. In fact it has an almost sweet taste. That may be why your roasted garlic sauce didn’t taste of garlic as much as you were looking for. BTW, very good video. Thanks.

Quick turn-off: "fall-off-the-bone". Immediate disqualifier in any competition in Texas. Proper rib texture involves a slight bite into the meat. This is not stew meat!
