I find myself speaking more deliberately after having watched probably 100 videos of Travis. Love the guy, he’s so calm and I definitely need to be more calm.

I love your gift of gab... even had that cop forgetting he was a cop for a few seconds. I think he realized you were no criminal threat, intelligent and wasn't breaking the law and was able to let his humanity show. Even though... a cop, is a cop, is a cop.

It should, but when a stolen car rammed my car in "Boise, Idaho" (2016), the cops (whom I called at a local gas station) said the car was not reported stolen. But I managed to contact the owner who said he reported the car stolen a month prior.

@@Exchange_IDs Yes years ago I had a vehicle (motorcycle) hit and damaged by a hit and run driver. A witness got a licence plate #. Tracked down the owner via my insurance company. The owner said the car was stolen. I filed a police report for my insurance company and it turned out he was charged for hit and run. They arrested him when he tried to file the car stolen three days after the incident. All he had to do is leave me a note and we could of handled it.

This cop is obviously fighting above his weight class the driver clearly knew what he was doing and did a great job protecting his rights.

I just watched this and grinned the whole time. Mr. Heinze's demeanor is EXACTLY like a friend of mine. The pauses, the deflecting as if he's really sincere and curious. The gift of gab is perfect.

Found you via High Impact channel. This was THE best cop video I've ever seen. I speak (don't hate me) as a former cop- about 3 decades ago. I can't stand present day cops. Asking the same questions was hysterical!

I always find it amusing when Cops object to being held to the same standards they want to hold us to. The Cop initiated the contact, he needs to prove who he is and establish whether or not he even has the jurisdiction to demand that information.
