    There's an android app that allows recording even while the app is minimized or the phone is locked. Auditors, amateur journalists, and those who anticipate recording law enforcement would be smart to to install this app and have it ready to go. In this scenario it would have allowed you to keep the phone going while showing your call log.

    There is no law saying you have to live conventionally. You can use a shelter for the homeless on your drivers license. I know as I live in my vehicle for 6 years now. The cops can’t do anything about a valid driver’s license from another jurisdiction. They can’t prove you haven’t left the state and came back since last they had contact with you. Basically the USA cannot force a person to actually live at an address on a driver’s license. I use UPS store for my address. If you are on Disability and rent is never going to happen, this is how you survive in America.

  • @mehameha4453

    @mehameha4453

    @Daryl Mixan they can try and claim that you never left the state but if you buy a drink at a convenience store just across the border in another state and keep that receipt. It proves you left and the clock starts over at zero. People do this all the time in international situations like around Detroit/Windsor. Some US citizens live in Canada and go to the US to shop. They are only allowed 180days in Canada but if you cross over to shop and come back to Canada to live you get another 180 days again. So in effect you can live anywhere and get around 10 day or 15 day or 30 day laws that some states have by a receipt tied to your bank or credit card or security camera showing you were there. Cash receipt may work by not as airtight.

    His videos are a perfect example of just how easily our rights can be infringed upon by law enforcement just because "they got a call". Ok, you show up to your call, see that no crime has been or is about to be committed; say have a nice day and just move on. No, they have to ask for ID to run names to check for warrants in order to make their arrests. Time and time again law enforcement proves to us that they really don't care there is a fourth amendment to the Constitution that protects citizens from unlawful searches and seizures. They feel that just because they're cops; that fact alone gives them the right to do whatever because "they got a call".

    I'd like to get a copy of THEIR call log and report, since they're required to respond and investigate, document for public record. Seems to me LE tagged you and singled you out/following up to your previous documented statement in the prior video (telling them where you were headed, ie Walmart). So did Mr. Campground get and report your tag#? Vehicle description? There were no violations previous, so the LE contact @ Walmart seems harassing to me to "prove your innocence."

    Don't give up your rights! One question always leads to another. The next thing you know they will be crawling through your car. And they always see it through the eyes of you being a criminal and will ONLY be used against you. Make them "do their job" and investigate because they want you to do their job and incriminate yourself!

    It seems like this is a case of you prove you didn't do this. Instead of them gathering evidence showing that you did . So they should be talking with whoever called and look at their incoming call log.

    Travis I noticed you said the latest update slowed things down. They do this intentionally under the guise of protecting your battery from overheating as it ages. Complete BS. You can stop all automatic updates, even with newer phones, by putting it into "developer mode". Very easy to do. It opens up scads of more settings in your phone. Tells you online how to do it for each phone and it's stupid easy.
