24 full Cruise police vid Williston, NORTH DAKOTA

First 20 minutes are comments i saved from the comment section from various contributors. I wish I could play this video for my criminal trial on December 17. The thoughts cover a lot of great points about the totality of circumstances,, intent,, Cruises behavior and other things.
I have opponents who want to see the worst outcome for me possible, regardless of whether the community is protected or not. Prosecutors can get "tunnel vision" too. They may like to think that making one person's life worse, will make another person's life better. But they just play a "shell ggame" to grift the public out of more tax payer dollars. The only true value in these kind of criminal accusations is most likely for entertainment purposes.

Cruise wore gloves from second one. And previously only spoke to dispatch. His only goal was to arrest someone. No matter what happened. Without saying hello, yell directly that he has to go. With body language like that, you know immediately what's going on.

Legally cops can 1.) provide inaccurate information to you during an investigation (lie); 2.) withhold, from you, a reason for detention; 3.) withhold, from you, reasons and charged crimes for an arrest until the incarcerated is arraigned. That is why every single defense lawyer will advise you to: 1.) do exactly what a cop tells you and be respectful 2.) record them if you can; 3.) say as little as possible referencing your right to remain silent. They know our justice system is stacked against private citizens and the chances of you beating an arrest charge scott free is almost zero. Unless you’re filthy rich of course. Violations of ones rights are rarely the determining factor in a court case.

So the charges are resisting arrest, however your were already handcuffed and “detained” and in their custody before you were told you’re under arrest. And I will add, you were illegally detained. Not Guilty. A good cop should have deescalated the situation. If the staff desired you to leave, then simply trespassed your and everyone goes on with their day. Keep fighting....don’t plea to anything. File a civil suit for unlawful arrest with damages to be determined by a jury.

@17:50 Not saying text commentator is wrong, but have the courts really decided that as a citizen we can't even question who we are talking before we follow their commands? "Don't you see the uniform?", many rent a cop wear uniforms that look much like an LEOs costume. Sure if you are in law enforcement you can tell they are totally different from a mile away, but pretty sure the average citizen can't. Even if by law he was required to verbally identify in that state I don't think we can make the claim he refused to ID himself. He clearly state he would be happy to exchange IDs, he would like to know who he is talking to first. So as a matter of law, in North Dakota, as soon as someone with an LEO looking costume or someone in plain clothes with some type of badge asks for your name (and DOB?) one has to immediately comply otherwise is a crime?

@1:28 it says Cruise clearly saw Heinze was recording him from the beginning...but he didnt record what happened with the librarian? Or did I miss that video? He said it was to do with the masks, which he obviously refused to wear or leave when asked because he "felt" he was being picked on and demanded to see the rules. Yeah he couldve put on the mask and discussed the rules or just left but seems he had other intentions. Some commenters say he's trying to educate people of their rights( for them to get arrested?) if that were true you'd think he'd have done things properly. There are people whose rights are really violated, some lose their lives, these guys are a slap in the face to them. Going to libraries, post offices and court house..you know safe places for views, clicks and lawsuits.

Yah usually they use the attempt to hand cuff you as a multiple to violate your rights. When two officers tackled me after I placed my self under their custody they straddled me beat me and both grabbed the same wrist to try and hand cuff it at the same time. The whole time shouting at me to stop resisting when I never once resisted. Then they fought over that same wrist. One officer wrenched my arm towards him. Pulling the other officer of balance. Which then he said I was resisting and pulled my wrist the other way. So the officers were resisting each other while trying to place me into custody. When I'd already placed myself voluntarily under there protection. So once I was thoroughly beaten and on my face on the asphalt in cuffs for no reason. I finally went off on all their rights violations, laws broken, and told them I would be filing a complaint. They laughed. One cop placed his boot at the base of my neck and started applying pressure until not only couldntvi breathe I started to be in severe spinal pain and coughing blood. "What are your rights again???" As he supplied more pressure. Once he let up he told me. I can shoot you up with an overdose of heroin. Report it as another junkie suicide and even your own Mother will file a complaint. It was right then I realised how weak I was and how rights are something written on fragile paper in dedicated Ink. To my shame I never filed that complaint. All I could think of is they were that immune to snuffing out someone innocents life , what would they do to my Mother. I was afraid of police retaliation and not getting a fair trial. Its marked my life and all interactions with any supposed law enforcement. The trust is lost. Which I had freely given before. No longer. My Mom's dead. You cant do anything more too me.

cruz has a lot of signs of a narcissist. ravaska was pretty passive until cruz threw the table. then rvaska physically detained you while cruz asked one more time for your id. i think if you even reached for your id while physically being detained by ravaska, they woulda thrown you to the ground saying you were resisting. how are you supposed to give id when physically being detained anyway? i still get a kick out of cruise saying to the manager that he had to physically throw you to the ground. and because they think it was a hard fall and being very forceful, asking you if you needed medical attention. did he really have to forcefully put you down? in my opinion, if you were really resisting, there would be no way they woulda taken you down so quick and got handcuffs on you so quick. still any video we watch of this, it is still unclear when you were actually arrested or when they wanted to physically detain you. very very unclear. they didn't tell you that you were arrested or that they were physically detaining you. they never asked you or gave an order to arrest you like put your hand behind your back or whatever they do to let people know they want people to comply with them. they did say you were detained and you did stop walking. they gave you no other instructions except for id but at that time you were already physically detained by ravaska. i am not sure why she felt a need to physically detain you when you were just standing. it happened so fast and immediately after cruise threw the table. almost like they felt you were gonna run from them or something. i thought they were conducting an investigation but they never investigated anything or asked any questions as to the disorderly call to confirm. the employee didn't even want you to leave the library. they only asked you to leave the area you were in. they never asked you to leave the property. so that information was being ignored entirely when you were being detained and if the employees thought you were really being disorderly, they would have asked you to leave the property. not just the area you were in. being in the area wasn't being disorderly and trying to figure out the written policy isn't being disorderly. just because the police were called doesn't mean you were disorderly. the police were called to enforce library policy but in order for the police to even do that, they would have to see the written policy too just like you wanted to see it so you can figure out if it was in fact a policy or you were being picked on in a place you thought you had a right to be in.
