120g unsalted butter (soften)
100g icing sugar
A pinch of salt
1 egg
250g cake flour (sifted) - divide into 2 equal portions
12g sweet potato powder
Preheat the oven 170ºC
Bake them for about 12-15 mins
🔶 Chocolate Almond Cookies
50g cake flour (sifted)
100g all-purpose flour (sifted)
20g cocoa powder (sifted)
120g unsalted butter (soften)
1 egg yolk
A pinch of salt
70g icing sugar
40g sliced almonds
Preheat the oven 165ºC Bake them for about 14-16 mins
