Rose: 2 tbsp Gulkand, 1/4 tsp Rose Essence and few drops of pink food colour
Paan: 3 tbsp Paan Masala, 1/4 tsp Paan Essence and few drops of green food colour
Coffee: 1.5 tbsp Coffee concoction, 1 tsp cocoa powder
Kesar: 2 tsp Saffron Milk, 1/4 tsp Kesar Essence and few drops of orange food colour
Chocolate: 2 tbsp Nutella, 2 tbsp Crushed Hazelnuts, 1 tsp Cocoa powder
Butterscotch Sauce: 2 tbsp Butterscotch Sauce, 1/4 tsp Butterscotch Essence
Thandai: 3 tbsp Thandai Masala Powder, 2 tsp Haldi wala Doodh (Golden Milk)
Rasmalai: 3 tbsp Rasmalai Powder, 2 tsp Rasmalai Milk, 1/4 tsp Rasmalai Essence, few drops yellow food colour

Hi, first of all love the recipe, I tried the recipe the plane or original nankathi recipe can out with perfect but the flavoured once came dry and a bit hard. What do I do to avoid it for the Rasmalai flavour I added all the required ingredients then it became too wet so I added a bit of wheat flour in it so that it was manageable. please can you guide me as to how do I get same kind of softness and texture with flavoured and nankathi. I am able to get all the flavours

@@ranjana596 You mean the paan powder used to make Paan flavoured Naankhatai?? I got that from local stores. Or are you talking about the Double Pan Method while baking. If yes then it is actually a technique followed so that the cookies do not brown a lot form bottom

Hi Varsha.. I am sorry to disappoint you but a jar recipe now won't be possible as we just have 1 week left so doing it now is difficult.. that is the reason every month I ask you all to share what recipes you would like to see on the channel on our Instagram and also through emails.. and plan accordingly.. I would highly recommend you consider joining us on Instagram or on email (I send one email every week) so that you can share your thoughts and I can plan accordingly.. Sushma ji I made the dough full of your recipe..but I am feeling it's little more according to our taste can u guide which thing shall I add more so that it will be baked perfect...As it's quantity is quite large so if I bake according to the recipe nobody will eat .. kindly guide if u can.. thank you.. i have kept all the dough in the fridge so will do whatever you will guide... thank you ❤️

One more query is that can't we put the topping before baking
Can I use coconut oil instead of ghee?
No need to add baking powder?
If we add extra liquid in, then it will be more moisture in, this cookies will be soggy how they will come crispy?

You are compensating the liquid with nuts na which are hygroscopic in nature so the cookies do turn out crispy

No coffee concoction means around coffee powder dissolved in hot water. I used 2 tbsp coffee powder dissolved it in little water and then used around 1.5 tbsp of coffee concotion to make the recipe

Akka a doubt , is there any tip to reduce the raw taste of besan ? I had tried the nankhatai recipe , loved it but I could feel the raw taste of besan.

That is strange.. may be you can dry roast them a bit beforehand.. however in this case we are using strong flavours so I think it should mask the raw flavour..
