Danish Butter Cookies
Make: around 38 cookies
➡️ Ingredients
226 g unsalted butter (softened)
100 g caster sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp double cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
250 g cake flour
32 g corn flour
1/2 tsp salt
Add in 1 tbsp cocoa powder to half of the dough to transform it into chocolate cookie dough
Freeze the piped cookies until they firm
Preheat the oven to 170℃
Bake the frozen cookies for about 18 to 20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown
The frozen cookies may take a bit longer in the oven.
