🍽️ Sugar Cookie Recipe
Make 30 - 40 cookies

400 g all purpose flour (sifted)
160 g caster sugar
220 g unsalted butter (softened)
1 egg
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp baking soda
Preheat the oven to 170 ℃
Bake the chilled cookies for about 13 - 15 minutes, or the edges begin to turn golden brown
