    It’s lovely to hear the risk management at the start, with options to attend a&e or call 911, I haven’t come across many CBT videos that acknowledge that, which I guess a lot of patients looking for these kind of videos need to hear ☺️

    THE PROBLEM IS WE KNOW THAT THE THIUGHTS ARE IRRATIONAL BUT DO YOU TURN THEM OFF. I PERSONALLY DONR BELIEVE THEIR MY THOUGHTS

    U are wrong about that. reality is what you choose it to be. if you say its going the be shitty it will be whatever people do. if you say its going to be amazing it will be whatever will happen.

    How does that contradict the video? CBT is based on what you just described: your thoughts determine your feelings towards any given situation
