This is a great recipe, but everyone making it should also try it with one can of evaporated and one condensed milk instead of regular milk. Regular milk makes a watered-down flan. I made it both ways, and people preferred the one I made with condensed milk and 6 egg yolks. 350 F for 1 hour.

@futuzucooking Thanks for your recipe. I've made it many times, and I recently learned that you can easily make condensed milk with milk and sugar. I think it takes about 2 cups of milk and half a cup of sugar, mixing while heating until you get the same consistency.
