class 25's 25059 and 25279 (D7629) thrash out of Keighley on Saturday 21st May 2011
The 1st clip shows the obvious difference between 2 examples of class 25 sub types 25/1 and 25/3. The following clips show both locos going onto the 13.47 to Oxenhope. The final clip shows both rats thrashing up the bank out of keighley station. Filmed with Canon Legria Camcorder. Hope you enjoy. Simon

I'm a train and I approve this video choo choo!!!!
Enjoyed watching. Thanks for sharing.Just love the sound of these locos.....
Nice on song grafting, paired to get the train away, they sound really great to listen to the exhaust note. 🙂👍
they look superb i used to love seeing them on mixed freight duty running on the kidsgrove to crewe branch line when i was a young lad in my late 40s now where has time gone !
"Love it" that hill out of Keighley its bang on for a good thrash!!! Cheers Grant ; )
Classic 6 cyl sulzer sound
Excellent video Simon! Shame I missed a good day out.
Awesome Video!!!
Sadly missed. O for a decent video camera in the days when a single Rat was called upon to take 8 bogies over the Pennines and the loco reduced to little more than walking pace on full throttle!
Thrashing is just another word for revving, or putting the engine under load.
