Just cooked this. As a novice, I would usually avoid cooking without a written n measured recipe. But your video looked easy n straight forward. The sauce did thicken as you said. Turned out yummy n delicious. Kids approved. 👍🏼

Its similar to our dish here in Phil's the chicken adodo where we add vinegar on it .sometimes you can also add boil egg and potato.anyway I miss Chinese dishes I have worked in Singapore for 5 yrs.I really love the food there.thanks for sharing.God bless

I tried this, a bit fail on the broth part. It looks like you add big amount of oil, so i do the same. Now it turned oily😂 But the taste and fragrant is definitely there..just messed up on the oil part🤣🤣 Practice makes perfect

I tried this yesterday and it turned to be delicious. I substituted wine with lemon juice at the end of cooking process...simply delicious. Thank you, Cooking Ah Pa. Could you share how to Kam Heong Chicken or Prawns recipe? I like Ah Pa's cooking tips and explanation. Easy to follow.

No need to wait till oil becomes very hot. Green onions is spring onions.
