Thankyou for your very simple instructions. I have attempt cook Chicken before with the tasty flavour of Ginger but I did not add enough large slices of Ginger I will attempt again using large slices of Ginger same as you video presentation.

Sorry to hear your mum pass away when you were 13 years old. You are right.Definitely mums cooking is the best.I miss my mums cooking.Now my mom is too old to cook. organic chicken. Thry have tasty n tougher meat.. Great for soups.. broiler chicken: they are usually injected with antibiotics.

If u want gravy then put water..if you desire a dryer version where the chicken absorb all the sauce also can.
