Anak² sy paling suka masak ayam kicap style Chinese ni..sy selalu masak mcm ni..
I made this yesterday, slightly burnt the ginger and garlic, but the end result: it tasted like the SIZZLING dishes sold in food courts! 🤯 Wasn't expecting that! 😍😊
I have the bowls that match your plate! Looks delicious. Thank you!
I just made this ! It’s such an easy n simple recipe n just a 4-5 minute cooking time can produce such a delicious dish. I actually did not hv any spring onions, so I added what I had - lots of onions, a leek and some shiitake mushrooms and it turned out beautiful. Thx you. Hope to see you share more of these easy n quick recipes. 👍🏼❤

No need to marinate the chicken. Just cook and let it simmer to bring out the flavor

Hi JennLi, if using chicken fillet, do we have to marinate the fillet first? Thank you.

If because of the smell, you may use vegetarian oyster sauce, otherwise chicken flavoring (powder) helps too. The difference in taste is not vast
