don' t eat too much papa sauces toxic..don't be greedy..try to eat plain food live to 100yrs. with no sickness. PAP donate Maggie mee to old man, short cut to nursing home. Macdonald beef frozen for at least 12mths.,preservatives added.

You don't need to wear hand gloves as it would take the joy of cooking away. Hand gloves are for people with OCD. As long as you wash your hands after touching raw meat, you will be fine!
