Chest. Shoulder & ABS Workout (No Equipment, No gym)
Hello, I'm Jaeho Roh, a trainer and physical therapist.
Today, I prepared a routine that allows you to do chest, shoulder, and six pack abs exercises at home without any tools. You can perform a total of 4 exercises, alternating chest and abdominal exercises, and repeat 4 sets of each!

If u want faster and better results, do this routine twice, if you dont go to the gym u you should know it usually takes 1-2hrs and this is only 20 mins, and only "attacks" chest and shoulders once. Good grind.

@@Wavysurfs can actually. my friend who is weak af does half of the exercise in the morning and half in the evening
I like the way you edit all required series and make us do the excercises together (no need to pause the video) Also plus for including beginers versions👍. Thank you for another good workout 👏

nah i had to pause on that third pike my arms got weak and i piledrived my head into the ground
I do 20 pushups and 50 stomach crunches for every like.

He is dry because he does exercise on equipments that provide heavier loads than just calisthenics. That's why it's so easy for him to do body weight.

I am a 53 year old woman, no sports since years. It was time to change everything - it works with 20 minutes every day only shoulder. After two month i got nice results. I made same exercises every day for two month, than two to four times a weak - without him knowing. I am fit. I go running too.

Guys, it's worth it It should be noted that, before doing any of these exercises, first warm up, for example, do a series of 20 jumping jacks and 10 or 15 explosive squats, a good workout 🗿🍷

i do 75 pushups a day and it is quite good for beth chest and triceps..
