I am a Christian. These types of men are common in churches. I don't go to churches except in rare cases. I stay to myself and read the Bible and pray in solitude. I can't be around many people these days but I don't let that stop me from being a believer.

I always find it very interesting, how some people have a gut instinct that something is 'off' about a person and feel the need to be cautious, while others can think that same person is completely wonderful and trust them completely.

A sad cautionary tale about how badly an abusive relationship can end. I hope those, especially Christians who encourage women to 'endure and pray' realise how easily they can get blood on their hands. Anyone can be gifted. The real thing is to look at their character. That detective was ace! Glad justice was served. This is also a good lesson in the value of discernment. The church board should never have hired him without a complete background check. The fact that he kept making excuses over missing information should have set alarm bells ringing.

What’s especially sad are republicans who constantly fight against any gun restrictions like ‘red flag laws’ that would help to stop killings like this. Republicans want guns in the hands of people in the middle of domestic abuse cases. They don’t care that countless people are murdered because of their sick attachments to guns.

I saw a pastor start chasing the money rather than the truth. Scripture says the love of money is ROOT of all evil, so I told my son we will see the fruit of evil manifest. He was eventually found to be molesting his little adopted daughter. Eventually he agreed to never preach again to get a plea deal. Coveteousness is an American sin so prevalent that churches forsake warning about how deadly it is. In fact, they preach in a way that encourages coveteousness. Evil. Scripture says those who love the world and things of it do NOT have the love of Father God.

Today there are many false preachers who are deceiving so many people. Most of them are very wealthy. They have mansions, luxury cars and all of the creature comforts and pleasure they want. They have become wealthy by manipulating and robbing church members.

@@annmariebarratt4213 I have learned about codependency. I remain married to a man that was a taker. I had a great deal of money and he was essentially broke. We do things for various reasons. Since that time in my life I've realized I am the one swooping into rescue men. It doesn't matter how successful they are, I have plenty of money. And deviance are happy to enjoy the spoils. Codependency is not born out of desperation on the part of the codependent.. Successful and accomplished women or men , can be codependent. I tread carefully now in relationships yet I still see myself giving far more than I ever received. And not just monetarily, emotionally as well.

@@KarlMarxFanClub that is an interesting take on things, and not far from spot on! I hope you're well, I just commented on one of your comments on another video. So now I am totally shocked I'm bumping into you here. It was a cops video but I think about a dui. We have probably bumped into one another before. I hope I didn't offend you too much. I appreciate and agree with your comment. I don't know about you, but there is no human being on Earth that I agree with 100% on everything they do or say. Nobody. I hate to concur, but it’s true. I waited tables and Sunday people were cheap. It’s shameful. Big parties were bad too. And minorities. People don’t work for free. If anything, Christians should go out of their way to set an example and be generous and polite to wait staff, ESPECIALLY if they know you are a Christian.

I once went to a wedding and was introduced to the pastor and his wife, who not just did the ceremony but were invited to the dinner/party. The father of the groom told us that he is a fine man and does a lot for the community. One look at his wife when she was near him, told me everything. I then watched them for a while and all I saw was, a man that knew he had influencce and power and a wife that was trapped and scared. That was the last time I was in a church actually.

About to do a health fair in the community. 2 weeks before the health fair, I caught the Pastor in a compromising position with the church secretary. I went on a 3 day fast, to get permission for my next move. This made my relationship to God closer. Being raised in the Church to serve. Now I stand as a Woman of the Kingdom - Not Church. God had these types of things happen to me in church after church. To show me, it's not about the church house - Cause no man is without sin. God lives in me and not in a church 😇

It was a year or so later that this murder happened...it didn't shake our faith, in fact even the devil knows scripture.
