We keep saying the same thing!!! Rachael needs to get her own SHOW….she has what it takes. Since this pandemic I was really spending too much time watching the Food Network, but that’s when I noticed they have the SAME PEOPLE. Im so tired of watching Bobby Flay, really is he the only person that can cook. Bobby does Brunch, Beat Bobby Flay, Bobby takes a vacation… Bobby, Bobby, Bobby…. But I got on UTUBE and wow a variety of EXCELLENT COOKS!!!! Yes Rachael’s videos are in my personal top 5…will send in my top 10 shows later if y’all are interested. But if they are smart the will pick up Rachael and I’ll start watching that Network again….

Your voice is so easy to listen to and your presentations are clear and exactly what we need. No matter how many steps or prepping you have a beautiful way of really encouraging the viewers inspiring us getting our motivation going and next thing you know even first time cooks are tackling recipes that seemed too monumental like climbing mount everest and turning those recipes into a step by step easily and well demonstrated perfect video tutorials cooking with you step for step cruising right along and you make it fun 😀. Hola Rachel! I'm new to your channel, my Charlie found you a few weeks ago and made me your Chile Relleno Casserole, he followed your recipe exactly, and it came out so delicious!! My new favorite meal. My daughter in love is from El Salvador, we love the foods she cooks for us, which is very similar to yours. I am a full time Northwest Ohioan that travels with friends and family to find the Best Mexican restaurants. My favorite is Concina De Carlos in Waterville, Ohio excellent tamales and my daughter lives there ❤

Except for the tortilla shells, this is exactly how I make tacos - & we love them that way!. I'll love them better using the flour tortillas. What I also love is your Ron's taco stand! He should mass produce them & sell them. I'd buy one immediately!

I've enjoyed your videos for sometime. I love to cook Mexican food. I worked in a Mexican Restaurant for 12 years. My boss taught me how to cook all sorts of food. She was from New Mexico. Well, I became crippled in 95 so my cooking has dropped off. I suppose that's why I enjoy your videos. I am from a rural community in California. I live 9 miles from the Oregon border and 4 miles from the Pacific Ocean. I live next to one of the cleanest River in the USA. One of these days I am going to cook one of your recipes. The salsa ! I was waiting for that. I am Puerto Rican but I love Mexican food and I love watching your channel. We make something like these chalupas in Puerto Rico and they are called Domplines and they are very similar to fry bread just like these chalupas and of course Domplines are fried and sometimes they are filled with beans.

You are a god send to me. I am being treated for cancer. There are days that i can't eat and have no appetite i watch your video's and they help me to feel hungry and to eat. That probably doesn't make sense but most of the time it works

Never disappointed when Rachel cooking. I will deffently try this recipe next weekend. Also love the qute tacostand your Ron made you. In norway we have tacofriday!

You can take the lady out of Texas but you can't take Texas out of the lady. Born and raised in Texas so i'm very familiar with Tex-Mex food and these have always been a staple in our diet. Love your videos, keep them coming.

Here in Corpus they call it puffy taco. In San Diego, CA they called it taco too. That is where I had my first "Chalupa" with shreded chicken meat. I love those things. Lightly crispy with a flake of pie dough. So good

I love your recipes, they remind me of my grandma growing up..lots of love went into her food, as you do when you make a dish.. I was wondering if you know how to make nopalitos con Chile, I haven't found a good recipe for them and I don't remember my grandma's..if you have one I would appreciate if you could share it..thank you for all your delicious dishes you make and to your Ron for all the good close ups 😌
