I think that may be awhile ! I am married to my wonder husband, named Samuel , which I always call him Hon, or Sam, but if you were to meet him he would quietly listen to you and only respond usually if you directly ask him something.I’m more talkative so it all works out good although he does talk to me quite a bit .😀 We have been married 42 years and are very compatible and love each other dearly and feel Blessed to have each other .Love and respect give and take but being mostly giving goes along way in a relationship! Love ,Happy marriage , happy life ! Paul in the Bible says it best: I’ve learned to be content in all situations! Blessings!❤️

cilantro is just like that...either you love or you don't... usually there is no in between...I myself love it...and so does my Hector...I use it in almost everything Mexican dish...💚...

I just love this lady. She’s sweet and nice and well organized and explains very clearly everything she is doing. And she is always so well put together!

My husband and I love the end where she enjoys the food! She does the lil eye roll and hand gestures and my husband copies those when we eat! She is so fabulous to share her kitchen with us! I love her recipes!

I totally agree!! She reminds me of my Great Aunt Grace : the soothing voice, the confidence in her recipes which were always committed to memory, she kept the originals in an index card file box alphabetized by name & written by hand. I know you are a very young woman with years of homemade with love culinary experience - THIS Rachel exudes in every episode I’ve viewed and I’m sure it’s in every episode posted. You can tell she’s an original!! I’m so glad other viewers adore and appreciate Her and what she brings to our world one viewer at a time 💕🥰 Love THAT Woman

I have to side with Myron, cilantro is an acquired taste. I don't care for it. All your dishes are awesome! Cooked the beef enchiladas, mexican rice and refried beans for my husband. He said better than restaurant! Thank you for showing us how.

When I make either green or red chicken enchiladas I mix the chicken with a little sauce b4 I start to roll them...great recipe 👌

@@charlenedicriscio-myshkin134 I have a 50 x 70 garden every other year so by the time I’m doing green tomatoes, I’m pretty much done canning for the year. I really enjoy canning, but am usually glad for the season to end.

The local Mexican restaurant is going to miss me!!! I feel like I’m in the best home economics classroom EVER! I made the beef enchilada casserole last week using deer burger and it was a huge hit with the family. Today I am remaking that AND making this recipe because we cleared the last green tomatoes from the garden yesterday. Looking forward to it. Thank you so much!!!

Omg. I’m going to put my head on the chopping block here and confess that I used tomatillos instead of green tomatoes, accidentally!! I’m crossing my fingers and hope my gringo frenz don’t notice! I messed up. But I tasted my sauce and pleased with the outcome. I never used green tomatoes and didn’t know it was a thing. Where do I get them?! Anyhow, I was the girl in Home Ec that started the fire in the kitchen! 😬 Thanks for the great recipes! I always give Rachel credit! Unless I mess up! 🤫

My god that meal looks like heaven

Oh, I wish I had known how to use green tomatoes back in the days when I had a garden! Our summers were not always warm and sunny enough to get many ripe tomatoes. We would pull up the plants full of green ones and hang them indoors in the fall to ripen, or put them in paper bags with a ripe apple or a ripe banana. to get them to turn red. We put green ones on the window sills all over the house, but few ripened and many went bad. . Even my mother in law, who taught me home canning, never canned or cooked with green tomatoes.. I am delighted to learn something new with every video! Thank you, Rachel.

Grandma always made her green chili with New Mexico Green Chili. You cook so much like she died, but the Chili she always made was either with Red, or Green New Mexico Chili’s. I miss her so much. Thank you for bringing back so many sweet memories for me. I just watched you make the Red chili casserole, and that one really got me so emotional.
