    Hi Kierstie, I discovered you on KZread yesterday and did Level 3 then Level 2 popped up today. I am 87 and have benefited from doing yoga for 50 years. Now I do chair yoga. I enjoyed your class and found the arm exercises quite challenging. Thank you.

    I have been doing your 3 chair yoga exercises for many months now. I am 72 and have a lot of arthritic joints and one knee replacement and another due. I get very stiff and found your sessions helped my flexibility to start the day. I have taken a two week break as I have been on holiday and I really notice the difference. Love your routine and your beautiful dogs. Thank you so much

    I'm 80 and pretty fit, riding a bicycle over 2,000 miles each year. However, I've always been as stiff as a board. Your chair exercise is great for helping gain a little flexibility. There are 100s of chair yoga sessions on KZread, but your's is the best IMHO. It would be great if you added one more that was just a bit more advanced. There is a huge leap in your videos from this to your standing yoga sessions, at least for a guy as stiff as me.

    Kiersti, you are doing something for many people you may never meet. My wife and I are in our early 70s, and we know the importance of staying active. Until a few months ago, we were avid tango dancers, but my right shoulder developed tendonitis; I did physical therapy for a few months with mixed results. My wife struggled with increasing hip pain. Then about 3 weeks ago I found this video and your other videos. We have been going through this video just about every day; we do a shorter chair yoga before this one. Both of us feel better - better breathing, movement, and my shoulder, although not yet pain free, has a greater range of motion and flexibility in general is better. Thank you, and Namaste.

    Hi Kierstie, thank you so much for these videos! I'm 67, had two total hip replacements within the last year and a half, and both knees are bone on bone, which prevents me from doing many other types of yoga. These videos make me feel much more flexible, and energized! I've been saying so much lately, "I'm too young to feel this damn old," but having only been following you for a couple of days, I'm already starting to feel better. Thank you!

    I start my day with you. Your seated yoga is perfect! I have multiple sclerosis and being able to move/stretch a bit helps me to feel more free. Have progressed to the second session, having begun with your first session. Even my 70 year old hubby sometimes joins me. Thank you PS Love Gizmo!

    I am 69 years old and I started doing your chair yoga and balance exercises each day 5 months ago. By incorporating your yoga sessions with a fasting programme I have lost 56 pounds up to now, I am much more flexible and feel so much better. I can't thank you enough and I look forward to level 3!

    I am 79 and have only recently started this chair yoga level 2. I am amazed how good I'm starting to feel. I had a hip replacement a few months ago and still take it easy on a couple of exercises but I am totally confident that doing this daily is going to speed up my mobility.     I am 75 and noticed my right leg has much difficulty keeping my ankle on the left leg . I noticed my left leg is more flexible, do you think chair yoga will help my right leg become more flexible? I am enjoying your classes. Thank you 😊

    I've only just found your channel after feeling that, as I have problems getting onto and up from the floor, chair yoga might be a good fit for me in my quest to improve my mobility and stamina. I have to say, I absolutely love these classes! I combine them with a walking workout, using these classes as a cool down and stretch, and they leave me feeling energized and relaxed. I'm already noticing a difference in my mobility and posture so thank you!

    I became a regular " fan" late last year and thank you so very much for level 2. At 86 my health is excellent and I am fortunately in good physical condition but I wrestle with a chronic balance problem Your seated sessions and presentations are outstanding and help keep me both physically and emotionally centered.     I love you and your chair yoga and have kept up with it for a year now. The only thing I added on my own is stomach exercises, knee lifts touching the elbow....I really feel the stomach muscles doing this.

    Absolutely love this exercise.I have bad knees and have a hard time walking for longer than 45 minutes. Even then I have pain. This is the answer to help me stay fit. Thank you!

    Oh I loved this one!!! Gave me a challenge for sure. Helped stretched my neck after my cervical fusion, and also challenged my knee prior to a complete knee replacement.     I really appreciate the slowness and gentleness of your chair yoga classes . The proof of the pudding is that my spine gets full and gentle rotations and I feel great. I’ve done all kinds of yoga in the past and because of injuries Ben relegated to chair yoga which a few of my friends ( were in our 70’s ) think is wussy til they feel the effects.     I have been following for several months the first session after not exercising for months Enjoyed her presentation n dog walking by. Do not listen to the presentation verbage but agree with her gentle approach to the body so now have moved up to session 2 and glad my body is responding well....thank you Sue Moreno

    They say it takes repetition of 21 times to create a habit. I'm at day 4 and your 28 mins session flew right by.. I am aiming to make this part of my routine.Thx

    Thank you…I’m 70 Years and I started with your first chair yoga for seniors for about 2 weeks…then your core chair and now this seniors part two…absolutely fabulous workout before I di a 3 mile walk five days a week…very gentle warm ups to start my day❤

    I’m 66, with scoliosis and some arthritis. What a joy to find your videos! After the first session, I immediately felt an increase in my overall flexibility and a decrease in the tightness of my spine. My next session will be my fourth, and I’m looking forward to more positive strides in flexibility.     Thank you for your wonderful sessions on KZread. I started following your sessions and it has helped me tremendously. I find doing Level 2 followed by your short session for lower back & hips everyday gets me moving more comfortably. Thank you for focusing on us seniors.

    Jay Miller : I LOVE your class!! I’m the girl with the brain trauma. I do both your classes. I’m so Happy, I love your Level 2!! I am still bothered by balance but I’ll always be with you!! You keep me going!! I have been to physical therapy, not as good as your classes. The more the better. I love your dogs too. I can see how much they love you. Who wouldn’t!! I’m starting to do these classes in the morning and evening. God bless You. I hope you never leave us. Thank you!

    I just started this today. So thankful for a COMPLETE chair yoga for senior citizens who can’t get to the floor. I feel great thank you and I to am 74 years old and walk 1-2 miles a day

    I'm just finding your newer chair yoga session. I've been doing the less intense version since August 2023. I experienced a TIA stroke April 2023. This was a Blessed gift on that I was motivated on my physical process of moving forth and healing... I'm ready for this updated version it'll be a great addition to my physical therapy I'm currently taking....😇

    Hey, Kierstie, I am 81 will be 82 on July 27th and I LOVE the Level 2 ...I've been doing your Chair Yoga for Beginners and really enjoyed it. Just noticed today that you also offer Level 2 . From now on, I will be doing level 2. I read Judith K.'s comment about having bad knees...my right knee is the one that wears out on me but these exercises really work.
