Hello, Kierstie thank you for making this video. I am 51 but I have restricted mobility issues as well as lupus, osteoarthritis, mixed connective tissue disease, and asthma. I was looking for a beginner's chair yoga class online to get me started and this was great! I love the smooth and inviting tone you have set in this video. Keep up the awesome job you're doing!! Thanks for this video. I am young but dealing with debilating illnesses. I had my first consultation with a physical therapist and I told them I missed being able to hike and do yoga. They reccomended I try chair yoga which I thought was a wonderful suggestion. I felt so stiff and out of touch with my body trying this, I teared up many times but I hope it's a good first step towards my physical therapy journey to healing.

My chiropractor suggested that I start doing chair yoga. Yours was the first one I came across and I have been doing the chair yoga for seniors, parts I, II & III for about 6 weeks. I just love it! I enjoy seeing your gorgeous dogs too!

Good practice. Would not title this a slow flow though. Had to turn it off because it was sending me into overload from the frantic(perceived) talking

Kierstie, I did this add-on To level 2. I overdid it. This morning, I just did this. I will do a balance. See, I have Epilepsy , and doing the balance helps. I got really good news yesterday. I am al diabetic. My A1c ( Blood Sugar) is 5.1. That's a very good number. Have a blessed day.

Hi Kierstie, I just found your yoga for seniors by chance on KZread, I found them very useful for stretching, especially as I have sciatica pain on my Rt. Hip,I am 80years , remains active still, also I cycle regularly on my ebike without any pain. Please advice me if the yoga chair for senior is the best stretching for my pain, so I don’t have to depend on pain medication, which I took it occasionally when the pain is unbearable. Your input on my case is very appreciated. 🙏🙏🙏🤞🤞🤞🌻☀️
