Thank you, this is so helpful! Would #10 work for others with hip and knee replacements? Also, could you please help with how to work the arms for tennis/golfers elbow and frozen shoulders issues, please?. Thank you very much to you both!
I think I should have seen this video many years ago. I an ancient and my right knee is really painful and my balance is VERY bad. I am 95 and have tried exercises but stopped too soon. You explained so well and say there is no hurry and measure by breaths. I don’t walk enough either but really want to become painless so will persevere.. thank you both

How are you doing? I hope you’ve felt some relief from your arthritis. I’m just now starting the exercise videos to improve my balance and my arthritis. I will have to work hard to see a change. Please don’t give up on exercising if you’re able to keep moving. Take care. ❤ 0:08 0:08

I am 75 yrs young and needed something I could do without getting on the floor. I’ve had back surgery and both knees totally replaced. Exercising on the floor isn’t easy. Thank you so much for this video. It’s just what I needed.

When able to get down to the floor you can buy a thick exercise mat - diff sizes and thickness. Just an idea. : )

I loved this video. Both of you are excellent instructors. I love how you remind us as we hold the stretch to pull in our abs, to remind us to breathe and what muscles we are focusing on. I just had both hips replaced due to arthritis. I’ll be doing theses exercises every day.

I love this video and tried it today for the first time. I am so excited and I know that I will start to feel better. As long as I do this I do have rheumatoid arthritis and I've had it for 30 years I have, but every medication you can imagine including biologicals, but I want to feel better I can't move and I feel that I've put on weight and areas. I don't want like my thighs and stomach, I just hit the big 60 and I can't believe it. I want to look good and feel good at 60. This is just the start.!

Amazing , my neck was aching like anything, I exercised along and it was such a relief!
I am a 76 year young female. Just had a cast taken off from an Achilles tendon lengthening surgery and I need to lose some weight. I found this chair workout and wow did I work up a sweat, it's awesome. Thanks so much for making this available, I'm hooked. See you back here tomorrow.

I fell on my left hip at work in 2016 and it's never been the same. so tight and painful.... I'm 61 and am so happy to have found this channel! I also just bought one of those vibrating plates to move the lymphatic system. I have a re-bounder, but I think the plate will be much better. Anyway, I loved this and am inspired to continue. Thanks for this video 🙂

This is a great routine. I would only suggest you get closer to the camera. It would be easier to see the moves. I use an iPad so it was challenging to really see you.

Hi, I did the first step challenge for better walking, I want through it quite easily , of course I had to put up with some fatigue but it wasn't a big deal. I have one partially operated knee (2021) that is now hurting more than before. My other knee, according to doctors has a lot of arthrose arthrose. I am 77 but I still take daily walks with my portuguese water dog. Looking forward to my second day challenge. Thanks a lot!

I've suffered with rheumatoid arthritis since I was three years old and I have pain and stiffness in my entire body and I've had both of my elbows replaced and my hips have limited mobility and my lower back is having a lot of pain because the cushions in my last three discs are starting to shrink and I have a bulging disc so I am trying my best to work on more flexibility and lessening my pain because the medications they give me just make me sick Methotrexate and Enbrel and Plaquenil never helped my arthritis get better but the doctors want to push that on me anyway and they want to inject my joints with cortisone so I'm no longer going to get help from those doctors because they've never really done anything besides cause me more suffering I'm just going to work on my body with yoga and Herbal Remedies from now on. Thank you so much for this video and giving someone like me hope again❤😊
