Just applied Can Coat EVO 3 days ago to one of my vehicles. Still curing in the garage. Got some Xtreme Solutions Topper to go on after a proper cure time. Super slick stuff.

Yeah it's really good. A bit of an endgame product for me. I'm no longer looking for the next hot thing to try. I'm just sticking with the 3 in 1.

Pair it with Ceramic Speed Shine after each wash and you’ve got a long-lasting and extremely glossy protection for not a lot of money.

I uses the Adam’s. However my vehicle is garage kept and it’s doing quite well

I've had water etching get through Griots ..3 to 4 coats on the hood..so while it's easy to reapply after each wash I can't help but think it's not as durable as I need. I've had the meguiars hybrid paint coating on now and it seems a winner..no water spot etching yet.

I love griots. Been using most of their products for 7 or so years.

or how well these waxes can protect against sprinkler water or if they can...the sprinklers hitting the car than leaving the nasty calcium mark is a very difficult thing to clean if left too long.

I think I'm gonna go for the Griot's whenever I get around to coating my cars the next time.

When is final update coming out?

Curious about the effects on microfibre towels. Do i treat the towel in same way as when applying wax or other sealant (pre-soak and then throw in wash with vinegar) or do i treat the towel in same way as traditional ceramic application and discard towel completely?

I didnt see ,how many months does it last the sonax? I really love sonax products❤

Griots didn’t shed water the fastest compared to many products early on but none of those remain sooooo. Slow and steady it’s still doing its thing only Gyeon looks better at this point. I’m happy with griots and i’m sticking with griots.

What does a decon wash entail? Is it just a strip wash?

Have you ever tried torque detail ceramic spray. Just curious

Trying to get ahold of the new D-Quartz but I don't think it's released yet.

I know this is wrong but would like to see a poor man’s prep test of a basic wash and products applied and see what may last, as not everyone will use as intended.

For the price, ease of installation, and performance, Griot's remains the obvious choice. Smells great, too. Just ordered another bottle for $20. Thanks again for keeping these tests going, Scott!

I’d like to see a maintenance on the coatings to see if any are just clogged and/or if any come back after a maintenance wash.

I know this has been asked a million times, but would like your opinion. After this test, I'm wanting to use Griots. However, I have a membership to a tunnel car wash down the street and probably go through it 2x a week. Would you recommend Griots if this is my situation? Thanks so much!

How does the protection of spray ceramic sealants compare to actual ceramic coating? With griot's 3in1 being this good, would there be any benefit to getting an actual ceramic coating instead of applying the spray twice a year?

I use it for maintenance on client's vehicles and there's almost no difference in beading performance between Griots 3 in 1 and a pro. ceramic coating if you apply monthly. However, if you are super busy and want to do a "one and done" type protection and plan on keeping your car for as long as you can, then a ceramic coating would be 100% worth it and then you just get it hand washed with maybe another coating every 3-4 years. I would also recommend ceramic coatings especially for exotic/luxury/sport cars. It does have better chemical resistence to things like bird droppings which are deadly to clear coat and clear coat is way more expensive to fix

That tree the hood is leaning on should have super hydrophobic properties by now😂

Have you ever seen or heard of a car that was clay barred too many times? Can one clay bar/clay mitt a car every wash? Maybe you could do a test with clay to see how much is too much. Kinda like you did with the burning through paint test with the polisher.

Claying every time is going to mar the hell out of your paint. You should look at claying the same way you look at going to the emergency room- great option to have if you NEED it, otherwise avoid it.

Yeah like others have said, I think you can't really do it too many times, however, it WILL eventually require polishing of the paint/clear to bring back the marring/scratches it causes.
