Here at Sun Distributing, we believe that the supplier of the window film should know every aspect of the business. It makes it hard when a tinter or tint shop needs support but their supplier does not know the business from one end to the other. I started as a tinter helper in 1989 and worked my way up to the point of distribution. Along the way I have put together a successful retail tint shop and know every hurdle that a tinter and/or shop owner could face. I believe that there is an extreme value to having a company with our experience in the industry having your back.

Window tint is not illegal in most states is the issue with your statement. Its actually a factory option or standard feature for nearly every SUVs rear and back windows. Further tint comes in % based levels and in most states its actually only illegal to be darker than a certain percentage. Its also typically illegal to tint your windshield. Just for further record window tint can also be useful in your home if you have certain windows that receive too much sunlight.

Kespen window film has a static cling vinyl tinted product that is far superior to the Walmart brand. When applied correctly it is crystal clear. The only issue with pealing off any window film is the reapplication requires the glass to be sprayed down. Vinyl window films will eventually break down if removed and reapplied too many times. The upside is they provide an extra leave of protection from break ins and can literally hold shattered glass in place.

i saw this tint film in Wal-Mart over a month ago. I had already bought GeoShield Pro Classic, but I was curious if they still had the Black Magic they had 6 or 7 years ago when I first tried to tint my door windows and utterly failed, but, yeah, all I saw was this static cling stuff. I would have never tried this stuff even back then. Nevertheless, watching your live streams, I learned not only to tint my door windows and back glass, but how to shrink the film for my windshield, and now I have left over film, which I hope I will be able to tint a few cars and make a little money, and buy some more tint from GeoShield! I've been looking at renting a storage building or commercial space with an overhead door to start a little side hustle to tint cars on the weekend or something! That's what I hope anyway. I recently used some of this (Amazon brand of some sort, but overall the same stuff) to tint a few windows in my shop at work. I used all the things I would use with ordinary film (like in the video). It turned out pretty good. It's really pretty easy to work with. Very thick, can be tough to cut, a sharp blade is a must. It looks really good from about 3-5ft away. Even after letting it "cure" a bit, it's still pretty orange peely. This stuff would be fine on a car for the back seats. I wouldn't want it anywhere near the front windows though. Optics just aren't there. Not a bad product, but likely dangerous selling it for cars, as most folks will slap it on every window.

This exists. It’s literally called ‘self tinting film’. It uses electricity, when it’s electrified it’s clear when it’s not electrified it’s unclear. Most of the commercial films offer a white fog, but there is at least one company that sells a dark one. It can’t go from 0-100%, so it has limitations, but it is variable over a large range. It’s extremely expensive though.

This is very useful in some EU countries, here it's illegal to have tint on front windows, if they see it they take your car documents and you don't drive the car from there, you have to tow the car. I actually tryed 3 different removable window tint's until i found out about the "static cling" type, not as clear view as a normal tint but good enough. As a specialist in this domain, if you have a better alternative to this type of tint, something or somehow a tint that can be removed very easy, i would really appreciate an advice. Thanks.
