    I love the fact that this guy went out of his way to go to Walmart and buy the supplies and show us what we needed to do this our self and though out the entire process he explained in detail what he was doing to educate us how we could do it ourself. Fantastic job, and not only that but I love how much time he put into filing this and getting good camera angles so we could see everything he was doing and taking the time to edit this and post it for us to see. He seems very well organized and very professional bravo 👏🏽

    @@MAGA_Randy_Marsh I highly don’t recommend buying any cheap Walmart crap. If you want tints go to a professional shop as industrial sellers mark up only full rolls of tint that usually go for 10,000 USD. Which is what tint shops buy for their businesses.

  • @applepollo

    @applepollo

    10 ай бұрын

    @@bigdaddy6256 it depends on the condition that you have kept the films in. Amazon/Walmart or any big chain company will sell tints of low quality, as tint films are manufactured in masses of rolls that are shipped out at extremely high prices, I suggest going to a tint shop and getting an estimate instead of buying low quality garbage. Spend your money on something that will last long and turn out good instead of wasting it on rubbish.

I been using Lexen for 5 different cars and never had any issues. You can easily do a couple cars if you're a beginner like me and if you mess up then you still have tons of feet left.🤣

    @@tjboylan20 You're very welcome! I have not had any issues with the rolls i bought from them but if you order from their website directly they will exchange the roll if you ever get a defective roll of tint. By "defective" i mean if it comes bad from factory. My local shop uses their tint by hand and plotter but i was not gonna pay $265 for a sedan! 🤣 After a few cars i can now say this is my go to tint for the price. Held up for nearly 3 years with no bubbling on a car i sold. I currently have a prius which i did and no bubbles or peeling. I'm sure i've could have gotten more cars out of the first roll (100ftx36-15%) but i was learning and messed up a few times so i got 3 cars on the first roll and had about 40 feet left. The second roll is (100ftx24in 5%) and used about 25 feet on that so far.

    I did this same method and finished my f150 stx truck today. Literally Walmart film is good enough as tint. The 35 percent is a bit light though. 20 would've been better but Texas law is only 25 percent in front so I didn't want the hassle. Thank you for this video. My first attempt was horrible but the second time is done good. Thank you

    Great video man !! When I was tinting in the 80s my shop would see no less than 5-10 cars a week that needed to be stripped and tinted right…people need to really pay attention and know that cleanliness is next to godliness lol

    Thank you so very much for the excellent video tutorial. Going to give this a go this weekend. I have an older work car and always wanted to tint the windows and add a tint across the top of the windshield. This should make the ride to work and back so much better.

    I thought the same but I think the kit he bought has a premixed slip solution in it. Otherwise I thought he should mention whether he thinks he is saying heat shrinking to fit window curvature is unneeded.
