I will also demonstrate simple and effective exercises for carpal tunnel syndrome which will help with your symptoms.

    Thank you for these exercises! My hands have been hurting me for so long from computer typing and holding my phone with my hand in an out-stretched position. My nephew also told me to soak my hands in Epsom salts.

    Sir I was diagnosed with CTS in 2017 by Nerve Conduction Test. I did the exercises as demonstrated in your videos last year and yesterday which gave me relief. Many thanks for it. Please clarify if 1) I can use dumbells while working out and 2) Is there any exercise I should avoid.

    Could a cyst also cause such pain and pass both tests? Not sure if I have a very small recurring cyst or CTS.
