Vibration Plate: So twice now I've had major vertigo from crystals working out of my ear after, it turns out, going too hard on my vibration plate - per my doctor. She's not a specialist so said because I need it to keep my fibromyalgia and movement going then use it at a lower vibration and not too long and slowly build up. Is this something you've heard about? I am complicated and now my integrative functional medicine specialist office has closed due to CoviD - which I also got on 3/9 (long hauler) - so I have to always go slowly with anything I do. Or could there be something wrong with my ears / tubes causing this to happen? I've seen multiple sites and reviews but they don't talk about the 'why'.

From what I have read you should only use a low intensity plate to avoid potential issues that can occur from a high intensity plate. The only one I've researched is the Marodyne, but it's expensive. Typically the cheaper ones like on Amazon are too intense and can cause ear and or eye issues.
