Dr osborne, it would be good if you can share the link of the research you are referring to in the description.
Excellent information. THANK YOU for taking time to educate. I learned greatly since I just been diagnosed with lactose and gluten intolerance. I also just purchase your book.
I’m confused about mustard! In USA it is considered gf, in UK, it is not.
I really wanted to re-read the live stream comments. 😢
Apparently, a study claimed that at least 32% of labelled gluten-free processed food is NOT gluten free. To be able to label a food ‘gluten free’ it has to contain less than a specific amount of gluten, but many are so sensitive that ANY amount will trigger issues, so the ‘gluten free’ food may be continuing the inflammation & other health issues, especially because knowing whether any specific food is actually totally gluten free is a game of Russian Roulette! Far better to avoid these risky foods & stick to naturally gluten free fresh whole foods.
Removed all Gf, rice, soya, corn and milk.
