What Causes Bone Loss? 6 Osteoporosis Causes Solved
If you follow the following bone health tips, you can be on track to better, stronger bones.
Six tips discussed for natural bone health to prevent osteoporosis include:
1. Lack of exercise and activity can lead to bone loss (osteopenia). Physical resistance activity and exercise is essential for building strong bones.
2. Lack of nutrition (vitamins and minerals) - Bone health is dependent on healthy nutrition. Vitamin K, D, A, calcium, boron, zinc, vanadium, B vitamins, vitamin C, strontium, and several other nutrients play a crucial role in bone health.
3. Lack of Sleep or sleeping at the wrong time can lead to hormonal changes that cause bone loss.
4. Lack of sunshine causes vitamin D deficiency and calcium malabsorption.
5. Chronic levels of stress releases steroids that break bone down.
6. Medications - steroids, antacids can both cause bone loss
The 6 tips above provide the solution for how to improve bone density naturally.

I exercise all my life since young age practicing tennis, swimming. Now that I am getting older I walk 2 hours daily and training on my machine at home. I am 70 but don't notice any changes on my height, all my clothing remain perfectly fit at same size as always. However I started to feel the arthritis is bothering sometimes at night. I sign up for swimming membership again to take care of it as aerobic exercise can be greatly beneficial. At older age, the more you move the better you feel, my experience. Medical doctors don't give these information to help. They only prescribe medication that don't resolve our problems. Thank you Dr Osborne.

I had very bad pain and stiffness and meds worked only for 2 hours and gave me gastritis. It was worse at night. I was desperate. I prayed that theLord heals me. Within days i got a message from the Lord, always as a thought, and i know it was not my thought because it surprises me. He said CUT OUT SUGAR. I thought it applied to my prayer to lose weight and for my fatty liver. I did cut out sugar. A week later i noticed i had no more pain and stiffness and only then realised sugar was about my knee actually. I told my doctors about it, they said they never heard of it. I kept asking God what sugar had to do with joint pain and stiffness. Within a few weeks He led me to see a yt video about a doctor explaining how bad sugar is for your joints. Sugar creates fibrin in the sinovial fluid in the joints. Fibrin is made of fibres that clump together and cause pain n stiffness. Every time i cheated pain n stiffness came back. In one year i lost 11kg - 22lbs without exercise or dieting. I am eternally grateful to Him. He healed me of problems my doctors told me to learn to live with it, by telling me which vitamins to take or what to cut out of my diet. I do have OA. My cartilage is damaged, but i am free of pain and stiffness. I am 70. I received this from the Lord in Sept 2018, 4 n a half years on i am fine. But i take sweets very rarely in very small amount.

Every doctor I've been to has prescribed some medication without actually listening. I have seen so many people ruined by medications that doctors prescribed. It is so sad. I 've had more problems because of medications. I won't do it anymore. Thanks for all this information. I wish more people would listen to you.

I experience the same with my friends. They do what the doctor tells them and don't question anything. Not me. I do my own research and make decisions to the best of my ability. Turning 71 this month, April, and have never felt better. My husband and I go to the gym three days a week. We eat exceptionally clean. Fish, chicken, and fresh vegetables are primarily what we eat...lots of greens. It is by God's grace that we are both medication free... and plan to stay that way. 😊
