Hi Doug and Kellie , what do you mean it was fun ? It was Great Fun !!! You've managed to capture a part of the Eastern Sierras in its most spectacular beauty , few people would ever get a chance to see vistas as heavenly as those. The distant mountain ranges were gorgeous really gives viewers a chance to get a grip of the solitude . As usual Doug and Kellie be safe !!! You really touch out hearts from the birds singing to the gentle winds blowing across the leaves of trees . The trout swimming in those cool clear rivers and lakes , you could almost touch them . Again many thanks for your awesome videos . Also wonderful shots of South Lake Tahoe and the boys playing basketball , it's like we were all there cheering them on !!!

You will have to get out as much as you can as the area you are moving to has a lot of people per square mile; hard to find solitude in those parts. Hope you are having a great summer; don't work so hard and take care of yourself....perhaps another nice hike for you and pup soon!

Hey again Brother Doug and Kellie. 👋 That was some fun hike, familiar country for me, but I never hiked up that peak. Whenever I hiked in the mountains, I would never fail to get a headache at the 11,000 ft.level, and it wouldn't stop until I got lower! That punturevine! Man. That stuff was a running battle on my old home place for years. First my dad, then I took over the war. Finally beat it after about 50 years! Anyway, tell Kellie hi and I hope you have a great 4th! 🇺🇸

Whew that glorious hike was quite the climb! Take your time and it is doable. I know it's Doug Berry's channel but a guest is a guest and she can and should chime in as often as she wants. Nothing better than getting a female perspective what is being seen ,heard and felt. Before anyone askes that rock on top of Tioga Pass is metamorphosed sedimentary rock that has been uplifted and well it cracks easily by the upwards movement. Remember it was on the bottom millions of years ago. It is no different than mountains in Nevada. Love the alpine flowers, meadows and lakes. Happy 4th all!
