Do not overthink on what Caitlin Clark said. For Caitlin Clark there us no rivalry with Angel Reese ir any other player fir that matter. What she said is let us enjoy the forthcomng All-Star game and watch the game where the players will try to play as a team.

Reese's cheering when Caitlin got hurt show's that she hasn't grown up yet. And perhaps should have stayed in college another year . But it works for a charity league and hockey , I guess.

There is no comparison.

It’s like the comparisons between Wilt & Russel; Wilt always had the superior statistics but Russel had the SUPERIOR team so the Celtics won but Wilt was way superior as a player. If they would have switched teams the Celtics would have been invincible with Wilt instead of simply better than the rest with Russel. Same in this case! Statistically Clark is way better in her all around game than what’s her name.

It is clear all the WNBA podcasters have been instructed to promote the rivalry between players to draw attention to them WNBA. This year the WNBA don’t need a rivalry to promote the league they have Caitlin Clark. The fans will notice the surprising skills of all the players in the WNBA who many of us sport fans that haven’t watched the WNBA in recent years thanks to Caitlin Clark. The WNBA doesn’t need a fabricated rivalry. The surprising skills of these hard working ladies in the WNBA are nothing short of amazing.

Yes, allow CC to just play. I wish Sides would realize CC ought to be running plays. She is a QB. She is a playmaker. She is the engine. Sides hasn't let her. Sides is trying to put CC into a player style that is not C's.

The rivalry between Clark and Reese is Only MARKETING.

Angel really had very little to do with the 23 championship game. She spent most of the first half setting on the bench because of fouls. The teammate that replaced her hit 7 miracle 3s giving LSUa 21 point lead. If Angel had been in all that time there may not have been any lead and Iowas 15 point surge to start the 3rd qtr may have let Iowa win.
