Now that they’re figuring out how to play together she definitely is starting to cook, it’s hard to play a long taxing college season and then just walk onto a new team and take over from day one, especially with Clark being the point guard compared to any other position its a lot harder to just jump on a new team with no practice’s together considering everything runs through her.

As she should. Another great team win with their big four really getting it done. Three lottery picks in the last three years and the veteran Kelsey contributing wherever needed. Nalyssa Smith was a beast on the boards again with 12 points and 11 rebounds and Kelsey with 14 points. Said this early in the season. This team will continue to improve and they play best when Caitlin gets double digit assists and that is becoming a regular thing, four times in the last five games and with an assist to turnover ratio of better than 2 to 1. I think they will end up at or above .500 for the season and be in the playoffs.

If there's justice Caitlyn will be the first player/coach. She knows all she needs to know as s coach, as a player, as a teacher, a motivator as anything. Can the WNBA see what would happen in Women's Basketball if Caitlin became a Player/Coach? No. But I know this league would go nuclear. Let Caitlin as Coach hire an NBA HOF player and the ladies playing the sport would double in skills, and a million young girls would follow their dreams with no racism and pettiness (Barkley dunk). 👍💯🌋🧐

CC has brought excitement to the WNBA! Fans are turning out in record numbers to see her play. Her team mates are starting to learn how to effectively match their skills with her skills. I never cared for Golf till Tiger Woods came along, the same can be said for me and the WNBA. But CC has awaken in me the excitement of watching a player that could become the GOAT in the WNBA. And I will be watching every chance I get. CC is a team player who does not focus in on her own glory. When the team win she wins, her team mates win, and with the wins, she wins and handles all the bright lights with dignity and style!

I wonder if the "experts" at CBS have changed their mind about who should be ROTY. I have no doubt that this will not be the last of Clarks Triple Doubles this year. CBS, last week came out with their rookie rankings and put Reese ahead of Clark. Of course, that notion is laughable when you see that Reese shoots less than 40%, almost exclusively in the paint, which works out well for Reese, allowing her to add 3 or 4 rebounds a night off her own misses. The league's not changing venues for Reese's games nor are Reese's games selling out, both home and away. Short of Clark getting hurt, there is no way Reese earns Rookie of the Year.

Give those stats to Westbrook and folks would be saying he had a terrible game. Great win though. Liberty was hurt they lost. Best team in WNBA losing in a game like this makes me wonder how good are these players really. Then on the other side you have another rookie tying the WNBA record for double doubles?? Not rookie record, the WNBa record. Really? Wemby at 7ft and a zillion couldn’t even come close to a double double NBA record. He also had some scathing comments about Caitlin Clark fans saying “they’re delusional”, which of course, didn’t go over very well. That was about a month ago. Perhaps he still thinks Caitlin Clark fans are still delusional and perhaps he could have been more specific about what he meant saying her skills don’t translate well into the pros, like, she needs to develop a mid-range bag or improve her defensive game, etc. I think her skills are translating just fine and she’ll only get better.

May be interesting how close they are at the end of the season, as Caitlin's numbers seem to be rising, at least RB and A. And runner up in 2008 was only 25.0, so Caitlin's numbers are better than that. No that those are the only factors, but they are still key. And A'ja's numbers are huge, 40.5. So, if there was an A'ja around, doubt Candace would have won MVP in her rookie year.

She leads the league with 44 of her shots getting blocked.. what's better is she rebounded 20 of them! She has an additional 31 rebounds from missing layups. Astounding! Unreal. She can take hilariously bad offense and pad stats. Caitlin can't Her teammates pad her TO stats, actually. Even then, Caitlin leads Reese in all statistical areas, save rebounding. But Caitlin is a much better at rebounding than Reese assists. Double doubles are contrived stat lines. No different than 15/5/5, 20/10/5, etc etc etc. There's a mainstream bias surrounding double doubles, so some emphasis its impressiveness. But it's still vague and needs context. Angel barely gets the whopping 10pts as it is, and gets like 2 assists 😂 Caitlin is the runaway ROTY, but Reese cries enough to compel the league to acquiesce, unfortunately
