Literally just learned about using curves to make tubes last week, but I didn’t think to extrude a single vertex and then convert it. That’s much easier than what I was doing! Thanks for the tip!

Yes I do and most of the time I put a time limit on my work, so I dont have extra time to get into details and have to be consitent :)

@14.35 when i add the screw modifier, the single verts fill and make a solid spiral instead of one that looks like a cable, its just a solid disc, any ideas what's wrong here?

did you happen to extrude the single vert on the x axis instead of simply moving it to the side with g? Just extrude up after moving on x axis, not to the side. Maybe this helps

Recently the verts don't work. Idk why. When I add one it sends me to edit mode like normal, but when I press E to add more, it doesn't make more points. It will act like there is one there until I unselect it.

i dont knowwhat is happening but i have a problem when i create the grease pencil blank then i go to draw mode and i cannot draw anything cause an error appears no hay photograma disponible para crear una trazo (english translation: there is no photogram available to create a trace) and i cant draw those cables

during drawing random cable its telling no available frame for creating strokes

How can I bevel a vertex in Blender? To bevel a single vertex select the vertex in edit mode and activate the bevel tool with "ctrl+b". Then while the tool is active, hit "v" to restrict the beveling to vertices only.

In the newer Blender version, you need to insert keyframe in draw mode first (press I in the viewport)

you have to turn the "auto keying" button on, that will be located on the timeline bar at the bottom of your screen, you see the a little white dot on the left next to all the play heads, when its showing blue, its on and you should be able to draw,

Are you talking about vertex extrude? Remember you have to be in vertex select mode

It's a custom shorcut I assigned for wireframe overlay. You can find the button in the top right corner next to render modes. Right click -> assign shortcut and pick whatever you like :)
