I like the broadway version of the song but the "first" draft of the song is a LOT more contemporary, kind of sassy even, the tone is totally different from the broadway version of burn. Its what I think would have been an interesting choice because its a lot more confrontational like singing the song TO Hamilton in the room, more conversational like what a modern woman would convey the emotion to a man in the same circumstance. In the end the broadway version was the safer choice and perhaps the most appropriate. Its your opinion the fuck. Rachelle is the best and high caliber and has wide vocal range.. I respect lea as legend but rachelle is amazing.
